The Fife Coastal Path runs past the front door then onwards to The East Neuk Side of the the Fife Coastal path visiting the villages of Lundin Links, Lower Largo Elie Pittenweem Anstruther alongside others and follows all the way on to St Andrews.

Leven's New and improved Skatepark is just 5 minutes away alongside a park and exercise station.

We have 8 rooms, all En-suite, of our 8 we have 3 rooms overlooking the Forth Bay. 2 Family rooms alongside one room on the ground floor with no steps.
